How and when should I order?

Custom orders must have a consultation prior to being accepted. Consultations can be done in person, online, or via email. All orders are subject to scheduling availability. Orders (especially decorated sugar cookies) should be placed at least 2 weeks prior to due date. Any orders accepted with less than 2 weeks notice may be subject to a rush fee.

What kinds of designs are offered?

Bakery items are made from scratch and hand decorated just for you. Due to this, items sold in batches may have slight variations in design. We do not guarantee exact replicas of other artist’s work, but may use them for inspiration. Copyrighted images are not able to be created without proper authorization, but decorations can be created around a theme or image. Due to lighting variations, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. For best results a color swatch is recommended.

Can I change my order after it is confirmed?

Preparation for each order begins well in advance of the due date. Please do not make any changes to your order within 2 weeks of the scheduled due date. We will try to accommodate if possible, but it may incur a fee.

How and when can I make payment?

In order to confirm your order and save your spot on a busy calendar a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total order cost must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to item due date/time.

We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Venmo.

How do I get my order?

Free local pickup is offered in Cleveland Heights, Ohio during regular business hours. Please be aware of our business hours, and arrange pickup at least 30 minutes prior to close of business.

Delivery-when available, starts at $15 plus $.75 cents per round trip mile.

Shipping is currently only available for cake pops, brownies and cookies.

Are your items allergen free?

Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that produces dishes with milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, and egg products.. Most items contain eggs and wheat products.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

Orders cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to order due date will receive a credit for the amount paid minus any restocking fee if we have already ordered custom items for your order. The credit expires 6 months from the date the cancellation was approved. Any order cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to due date forfeits any and all amounts paid. All payments are non-refundable.

While we strive to complete every order, life does happen, and if we must cancel an order, we will make every effort to put you in contact with a comparable local baker who can accommodate your order at no cost to you. If one is not available, a full refund will be issued.
